Job Summary
The Order to Cash Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day activities for dealer, distributor, and export customers across the Americas and global markets.
This role ensures accurate order processing, timely invoicing, and shipment coordination while maintaining a premium customer service experience consistent with Bose's luxury brand values.
Candidates will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve order holds, manage inventory availability, and support credit and returns processes.
