  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
  • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, HR technologies
  • Strong understanding of Mexican recruiting laws
  • Proven ability to partner with the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
