Must-have
PhD or MS in Life Sciences or related field
10+ years experience in scientific market analytics
Expertise in quantitative modeling and forecasting
Deep knowledge of cell & gene therapy domains
Ability to integrate clinical and commercial data
Nice-to-have
MBA degree preferred
Experience with AI/ML applications in analytics
Familiarity with FDA and EMA regulatory pathways
Proven track record leading analytics teams
Strong executive-level communication skills
Key Requirements
