Job Summary
The Senior Learning Designer Indigenous Cultural Capability will lead the design and delivery of the next phase of our enterprise First Nations Cultural Capability Framework, moving from awareness to action.
You will partner with Business Units to identify capability gaps and deliver practical, role-aligned learning solutions that strengthen cultural safety, leadership accountability, and decision-making capability.
