Job Summary

  • As a leader in the Global Tax group, directly reporting to the VP of Global Tax, the Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the US income tax function, including income tax accounting and domestic compliance and controversy.
  • This role will partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and executive leadership to support the business, manage risk and opportunities, and drive tax strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, address, and decisively drive solutions to complex domestic and cross-border tax matters.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive corporate tax experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting for income taxes
  • Corporate income tax compliance (federal, state, local)
  • Internal controls, U.S. GAAP, and SEC reporting
  • Experience with public, multinational company
  • CPA and or Masters in Taxation preferred
