  • The Community Manager will own daily community management across multiple social platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit while ensuring consumers feel heard and valued.
  • The position supports cross-functional teams by translating community insights into actionable feedback to inform content strategy, product innovation, and customer experience improvements.
