Base: $21.85 - $34.35 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on bonus eligible after 90 days; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off

Key Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program or 2 years experience
GED or High School Equivalency Diploma for Medical Assistant
Ability to perform routine and complex technical skills
Must obtain BLS within 45 days if not already certified
