8+ years enterprise digital platform experience
Sitecore AI CMS implementation at scale
Cloud-native deployments on Microsoft Azure
Kubernetes container orchestration expertise
Regulated industry compliance knowledge
Headless CMS and microservices architecture
CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure-as-code
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Sitecore Developer or Architect certifications
Experience with GraphQL and modern front-end frameworks
Background in orthopaedics or medical devices
Prior enterprise carve-out or separation experience
Familiarity with personalization engines and experimentation platforms
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in enterprise digital platform roles
3-5 years owning platform strategy or architecture
Proven experience with Sitecore AI and XM/XP/Edge ecosystems
Strong stakeholder management in matrixed environments
