The position operates in a globally distributed environment requiring strong communication and time zone coordination with teams across the UK, Ireland, and the United States.

Must-have
8+ years platform or infrastructure experience
Proficiency with Python and Java
Deep Kubernetes and container orchestration knowledge
Proven CI/CD and GitOps experience
Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform
Strong AWS and cloud-native experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with internal developer platforms or portals
FinOps or cloud cost management experience
Regulated or high-availability environment experience
Backend development experience
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or software engineering
