The Intervention Teacher will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and administration to provide small-group and individualized instruction that helps students grow in confidence and achieve academic success.
Responsibilities include providing targeted small-group or individualized academic interventions, using assessment data to identify student needs and monitor progress, collaborating with classroom teachers, and maintaining progress documentation.
