  • The Accounts Payable Accountant manages, records, and controls in an accurate and timely manner all of the hotel’s obligations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, accounting standards, tax requirements (including CFDI in Mexico), and audit guidelines.
  • Responsibilities include receiving, validating, and recording supplier invoices, verifying consistency between PO, GRN, and invoice, and ensuring all invoices meet necessary tax requirements for deductibility.
  • The role requires performing monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies, managing credit notes and advances, and participating in monthly closing processes.
