You will be required to assist in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and preparing for government agency surveys to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
The role involves direct clinical duties such as starting IVs, monitoring medication passes, and evaluating resident physical and emotional status on a daily basis.
