Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
  • You will be required to assist in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and preparing for government agency surveys to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
  • The role involves direct clinical duties such as starting IVs, monitoring medication passes, and evaluating resident physical and emotional status on a daily basis.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
