Job Summary
The position involves operating and adjusting prime/coat equipment to produce blades of acceptable quality while performing visual and mechanical tests.
Employees will enjoy a full-time schedule of 15 days per month with every other weekend off.
Eligible new hires who complete training and demonstrate proficiency may qualify for incentive bonuses contingent upon active employment.
