Job Summary

  • The Head of Compliance is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and execution of customs brokerage compliance, responsible supervision and control (RS&C), and trade compliance services across the United States.
  • In this role, you will define, implement, and maintain Responsible Supervision and Control (RS&C) standards in accordance with 19 CFR and CBP requirements, and lead trade compliance and consulting services including classification, valuation, auditing, and post-entry activity.
