Job Summary
Work with Global Operations regional managers to develop and oversee various group benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and country-specific benefits.
Coordinate benefit processing, review and approve billing, and build strong partnerships with benefits brokers and vendors.
Research and respond to employee and management questions regarding benefit plan interpretation and assist with evaluating and designing new corporate benefit plans.
