Must-have
Fluent German speaker required
BS/BA in Engineering or Science
10+ years managerial experience
GMP/non-GMP compliance expertise
Capital project portfolio management
Vendor and integrated service provider management
Nice-to-have
MS/MBA degree preferred
Six Sigma and Lean principles knowledge
Experience with Trackwise, SAP, Ariba systems
Global biopharma regulatory exposure
Continuous improvement culture fosterer
Key Requirements
Must be fluent in German
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required
Master's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience
Proven track record in pharmaceutical production compliance
