Responsible for all phases of large-scale assigned process or manufacturing improvement projects, ensuring successful conclusion within appropriate time and cost.
Partners with Product Development and R&D to launch new products and integrate tooling, equipment, and systems into production, ensuring processes are capable, repeatable, and optimized for manufacturability.
Supports ongoing operations through process monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, capital project scoping, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and vendors to improve safety, yield, and overall performance.
