  • Responsible for all phases of large-scale assigned process or manufacturing improvement projects, ensuring successful conclusion within appropriate time and cost.
  • Partners with Product Development and R&D to launch new products and integrate tooling, equipment, and systems into production, ensuring processes are capable, repeatable, and optimized for manufacturability.
  • Supports ongoing operations through process monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, capital project scoping, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and vendors to improve safety, yield, and overall performance.
