Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Juris Doctor degree required
Active US bar membership
10 years legal experience minimum
7 years pharma/biotech law experience
Knowledge of FDCA FCA Anti-Kickback Statute HIPAA
Nice-to-have
Experience with digital health and social media
Prior participation in MLR committees
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced matrixed environment
Key Requirements
JD degree from accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
Minimum 10 years total legal experience
At least 7 years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
