Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the full tender process from pre-tender to submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines. - Review tender specifications,drawings, and scope of work to identify key commercial, technical, and contractual risks. - Develop tender strategy, pricing methodology, and submission timeline in coordination with senior management. - Manage tender clarifications, addenda, and ensure all updates are incorporated accurately. - Conduct tender review andpost-tender meetings with management and project teams. - Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates for all M&E systems, including: HVAC, FireProtection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical, ELV, and associated works. - Review and validate quantity take-offs, material costing, and labour rates prepared by the QS and estimation team. - Analyze historical data and market trends to benchmark and optimize pricing. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of cost summaries, BOQs, and commercial proposals. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. - Review subcontractor proposals for technical compliance, completeness, and cost-effectiveness. - Build and maintain a strong database of reliable suppliers and subcontractors. - Ensure all submissions meet the client’s technical and commercial requirements. - Support management in tender presentations, clarifications, and negotiation meetings. Requirements: Bachelor's of Science in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 8-12 years of experience in tendering and contract management, preferably within M&E or construction sectors. Proficient in cost estimation software, Glodon, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Naviswork and MS Office.
