7+ years consumer lending collections experience
3+ years leadership role in collections
Deep knowledge of FDCPA Reg F UDAAP TCPA
Experience managing collection agencies and vendors
Proven ability to interpret data and build dashboards

Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
Ability to influence cross-functional partners
Experience with AI-assisted QA and predictive analytics

Key Requirements
7+ years experience in consumer lending or financial services collections
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of FDCPA, Reg F, UDAAP, TCPA, and state laws
Experience managing multi-layered teams
Experience managing collection agencies and vendor partners
