Job Summary

  • The Director of Community Connect serves as the Connection point between the clinical and business operations staff of Sharp HealthCare's affiliate organizations, the SHC Information Technology solutions teams, and the Community Connect operations management team.
  • The Director will be responsible for developing and improving implementation and support strategies, building teamwork among the stakeholder groups, translating enterprise strategy for the Connect team, framing the work to ensure we are delivering optimal solutions, gathering tactical information from the team, and managing partner relationships.
  • The Director is also responsible for overseeing the Connect team's training and optimization efforts—guiding practices and users to fully take advantage of the deployed technology solutions.
