The Revenue Cycle Operations Director oversees a portfolio of Service Center clients and is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, contractual compliance, and revenue cycle performance.
Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes pertinent revenue cycle data components, and monitors performance against Key Performance Indicators.
Provides coaching, development, and mentorship to direct reports and other subordinates.

Base: $130,000 - $170,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive compensation program; Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs
