Job Summary

  • Responsible for maximizing the output, efficiency, and reliability of multiple manufacturing plants within the East Asia Pacific (EAP) region.
  • Lead the identification, stakeholder alignment (during budgeting), and year-long on-target delivery of yearly efficiency improvement projects.
  • Proactively deploy and manage data-driven optimization tools (e.g., Predict, SPC) and software, monitoring alerts and escalating/closing deviations promptly.
