The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their environment, and accurately recording observations and care provided.
The role requires adherence to facility policies, prompt reporting of changes in resident condition or incidents, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
