  • Lead training coordinators, technical instructors, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality training experiences.
  • This role provides the opportunity to directly impact operational excellence by building and maintaining the technical capabilities of data center teams while ensuring safe, reliable facility operations through effective training and development programs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in technical training
  • Professional training certifications (CPTD, ATD) or data center credentials (DCCA, EPI) strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing training teams
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
