Job Summary
Responsible for leading, planning, and implementing the preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of School bus, light duty vehicles, and Support equipment.
Supervise a direct staff of 2-10 employees to ensure maintenance goals are met and manage all components of vehicle maintenance and garage functions.
Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and local laws and regulations related to vehicle maintenance and manage the inspection process.

$35-$40 p/h depending on experience

Key Requirements
Vocational training in automotive technology or equivalent
Six (6) years of experience related to heavy or light vehicle maintenance
Five (5) years of experience managing a large work group
ASE Master Automotive, Medium or Heavy Truck and Master Automobile certifications preferred
Prior experience in supervising, directing, and/or training employees is preferred
Prior experience with Fleet Management Information systems (FMIS)
Advanced PC Skills - MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
