The Logistics and Facilities Manager oversees end-to-end logistics, non-product procurement, inventory management, and facility operations across ZEISS Canada’s North York and Mississauga locations.
This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of high-value medical, scientific, and industrial measurement equipment and supplies while maintaining strong supply chain processes, vendor performance, and regulatory trade compliance.

Base: $89,000 – $111,000; Bonus/Equity: Performance bonus or sales commissions eligible; Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, RPP, EAP, Paid time off

Key Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics and people management
University or college degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office applications
