Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Facilities experience in Specialist or Manager role
  • Knowledge of Facilities Specialist job
  • Strong supervisory and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • P-Card Excellence Rating of 2 or better
  • Minimal inventory variances less than $300 per quarter
  • Sign-off from RD/TD for mentoring/leadership abilities
  • Ownership within assigned restaurants at minimum 85% average
