Base: $148,000 - $169,000; Bonus/Equity: 30% Annual Incentive Reference Value; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, process transformation, business partnering, or similar
  • Previous experience in finance transformation and process improvement highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills for complex accounting questions and value generation opportunities
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience building and maintaining successful business relationships within the Coke environment
