Job Summary

  • The Grounds & Snow Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of assigned County properties and the repair and maintenance of associated equipment and systems.
  • This position performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work, with duties including mowing, planting, pruning, weeding, maintaining irrigation systems, and performing snow and ice removal.
  • Incumbents must be available for winter storm emergencies and on-call rotations, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, and may work in high-security facilities.
