Job Summary
Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAP in the assigned Vertical.
Drive orders growth in the Airports vertical within Europe and meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop, coach, and retain a talented sales team, provide performance management, and assign incentive quota targets for all sellers.
