In the Project & Development Services division, we realize all types of real estate projects, from strategic planning, design, and management to project completion and handover.
You will take on project management as a project controller and client representative for infrastructural construction projects, including regular reporting to the client.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of professional experience
Civil Engineering or similar qualification
Experience in construction management of complex projects
Knowledge of utility supply systems
Familiarity with construction law and permits
Good knowledge of HOAI, VOB, EnEV/GEG, and DIN standards
Experience with scheduling software like MS Project
