This position is responsible for the operational integrity of Florida Atlantic University's Housing & Residential Education mechanical systems supporting over 6,000 beds across two campuses.
The role requires managing chiller plants, cooling towers, air handling units, and sewer lift stations while utilizing Trane, Siemens, and Johnson Controls building automation platforms.
