Job Summary

  • Own capital formation for Giga’s full pipeline of power and data center assets, determining how each project gets capitalized across debt, tax equity, sponsor equity, and alternative structures.
  • Build and lead the project finance organization, defining the operating model, review process, and bar for financial rigor as the team scales.
