Travelers is seeking a Director, Agile Product Owner to lead a cross-functional team in delivering capabilities and solutions in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile product management, particularly with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

Job Summary

  • Serve as the Enterprise Product Owner for Core Platform Capabilities and future strategic capabilities developed on the Platform.
  • Provide leadership and manage implementations by to define, prioritize, and ensure a ready backlog of work for a cross-functional product team, accept final product output, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes versus defining how the work is completed.

  • Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams
