Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
ServiceNow Admin Certification required
Experience with CSM, ITSM, and ITOM modules
7+ projects implemented on ServiceNow platform
3+ years Java, J2EE, .NET, or JavaScript programming
3+ years SQL experience in Oracle environments
Hybrid work setup in Makati, Philippines
Availability for graveyard shift 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PHT
