Key Requirements

• 8–10 years professional ServiceNow experience
• At least 3 years in technical solution design
• Certified ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS-SPM highly desired
