Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Manager serves as the overall technical authority for OT/ICS cybersecurity across the flagship NEOM Green Hydrogen project.
This role is accountable for executing the cybersecurity scope to obtain final compliance from permitting authorities in Saudi Arabia.
The position requires managing a functional team while coordinating with vendors, EPC teams, and the Facility Operator to ensure successful project delivery.

Must-have
15+ years ICS/OT cybersecurity leadership
NCA ECC and OTCC regulatory compliance
HCIS Stage-4 delivery experience
DMZ engineering and network segmentation
Vendor and sub-contractor oversight
Nice-to-have
ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert certification
CISSP or GIAC ICS certifications
Experience with NEOM Green Hydrogen project
Strong cross-functional team leadership
Technical fluency in SIEM and endpoint controls
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation)
15+ years leadership in ICS/OT cybersecurity on CNI-class facilities
Proven delivery through HCIS Stage-4 milestones
Deep understanding of NCA ECC-1:2018 and OTCC-1:2022 regulations
Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, or GIAC ICS preferred
