The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring a calm and positive environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents safely within facility

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental personnel
