Job Summary

  • This role is key to building resilient, scalable networks that power our operations and communities.
  • Resolves medium– to-high complexity technical issues escalated through the Information Technology Help Desk and other methods for data, telecommunications, voice, and/or collaboration technologies during and outside of core business hours.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years IT experience
