The Clinical Staff Pharmacist is responsible and accountable for the provisions of safe, effective, and timely medication therapy, as well as utilization of knowledge and expertise in sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous medications in provision of pharmaceutical care.
This Pharmacist will support our Outpatient Oncology and non-oncology Infusion Service in New Albany, Indiana, as well as the Eastpoint and Kresge infusion centers.
