** Marsh & McLennan is seeking a Senior Consultant in Employee Benefits to manage a portfolio of clients in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate should have experience in employee benefits consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster client relationships while delivering strategic solutions. **

Job Summary

  • As an Employee Benefits Consultant you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and / or Group Risk clients.
  • You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations about renewals of local policies; remarketing and harmonization projects; benchmark studies; negotiate in the name of the client with local insurers about the conditions and level of coverage of the employee benefits package; and this all in line with the client’s requirements.
