Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for daily service support of existing customer base in Queensland and when required assist in the rest of Australia.
You will have the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction through increased throughput, decreased downtime, and regular preventive maintenance.
This position reports to the Service Supervisor ANZ and is part of the ANZ Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Service team and will be a remote position, based in Queensland, Australia.

Key Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Biomedical
At least 3 years of prior field service experience
Knowledge of Flow Cytometry, Liquid Handlers and Centrifugation
Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent follow-up skills
Excellent communicator and a team player
Ability to travel 80% across Queensland, and 20% overnight
