Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Must reside within two-hour driving radius of Hagerstown, Maryland
  • Minimum 6 years managing multi-level operational teams
  • Proven experience implementing LEAN methodologies
  • Demonstrated success managing customer KPIs and SLAs
