The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing staff and physicians.
Responsibilities include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as noting and reporting errors or reactions.
The role requires participation in quality assurance programs and maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department.
