Job Summary
Own the architecture, integration, and delivery of enterprise applications across Johnson Controls (JCI) platforms, including Angular front-end, C#/.NET backend, and integrations with Salesforce and SharePoint.
Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 engineers, driving technical decisions, code reviews, and end-to-end technical delivery for complex workflows.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, drive non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, security, and observability, and define disaster recovery strategies.

Key Requirements

Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint integrations
Experience with industrial or building management systems (JCI platforms preferred)
