Reedyriverpa is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll professional to assist in administering policies, managing employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administrative functions within HR, along with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on confidentiality and teamwork

Job Summary

  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations which includes but is not limited to philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control and the policies and procedures of the facility.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, including processing and monitoring garnishment orders and updating payroll records.
  • The position requires regular attendance and dependability, and the ability to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
