Job Summary
The Clinical Dietitian I provides evidenced-based nutrition care to patients/families using practices skill which satisfy the needs/concerns of assigned patients.
The CD 1 can formulate and implement an individualized nutrition care plan using current medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and works/collaborates as part of an interdisciplinary team, within Cook Children's Health Care System (CCHCS).
The CD 1 contributes to nutrition care decisions that lead to positive outcomes and is an effective educator, to patient, family/caregivers, and staff.
