Job Summary
The PM Team Leader provides guidance and support to his/her Preliminary Match Coordinator team.
The PM Team Leader shall monitor the performance of the team and work with the Donor Quality manger on performance improvement projects and goals.
The PM Team Leader shall support his/her team in providing excellent customer service to our donors as well as to the National Marrow Donor Program.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health-related field preferred

Ability to work with colleagues and donors of diverse backgrounds
