Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, and facility and equipment including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
Ensure that the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
